Our Bespoke Process
STEP 01: THE IDEA
We’ll discuss your design and inspiration, budget, timeline, and answer any questions you may have. If you’re not sure where to start - don’t worry! We’re here to guide you through the process.
STEP 02: THE STONE
Based on your desired specifications and design, we’ll handpick 2-4 diamond options for you to choose from.
Please allow 1 week for us to find some stunning options for you.
STEP 03: THE DESIGN
We’ll work together to finalize all the key design details of your piece. The design will then be brought to life with a 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) render, which we’ll send to you for approval.
One round of minor revisions to the CAD are included (things like ring size, band width, prong style, metal choice). Additional rounds of revisions or major changes may result in added costs. Revisions of any kind will add 3-4 days to the timeline.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for this step (1-2 weeks to finalize the design, and an additional 2 weeks for CAD creation). Any CAD revisions will add several days to this timeline.
STEP 04: THE WORKSHOP
Once the CAD is approved, our master bench jewelers will begin carefully handcrafting your custom piece.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your piece to be made.
STEP 05: THE DELIVERY
When your piece is finished, we’ll ship it to you using a secure shipping service, along with the gemstone certification.
From start to finish, the entire bespoke process can take approximately 7 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
