We take great pride in the exceptional quality of our craftsmanship. To uphold this standard, we offer a lifetime warranty for our bespoke jewelry, engagement rings, and made-to-order pieces crafted in NYC. Please see the "Coverage" section for details on what this warranty does and does not cover.

FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY

We offer a 6-month warranty on our fine jewelry pieces, which covers the repair of any manufacturing faults. Repairs outside this warranty can be made for a fee. Please see the "Coverage" section for details on what this warranty does and does not cover.

COVERAGE

What's covered:
- Loose center stones
- Loose/missing pave stones
- Structural defects related to metal or craftsmanship

What's not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to: scratches, dents, faded rhodium plating)
- Accidental damage
- Significantly damaged pieces
- Damage to diamond/stone
- Loss of the entire piece
- Loss center stones or side stones
- Theft

Please note that our warranty is void if your piece is worked on by another store/jeweler. If a piece is damaged by the customer or another store/jeweler and is able to be repaired, we can repair it for a fee.

The customer will be responsible for shipping fees to and from our workshop for repairs.
