What is “bespoke” jewelry?
Bespoke jewelry is completely custom-made to your specifications, rather than adapting an existing design. It’s one-of-a-kind and created just for you.

Can the process be done virtually?
Yes! We work with the majority of our clients virtually.
Do you require a deposit for a custom piece?
We require a $100 deposit to begin the diamond/gemstone sourcing process. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your piece, and is non-refundable. Once a stone is selected, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the piece in order to finalize the stone and begin the CAD process. The final payment is due once the piece is finished, before we ship it out to you.
How long will it take to design a bespoke engagement ring?
From start to finish, the entire bespoke process can take approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. You can learn more about how long each step is expected to take here.
Will you help me choose the right diamond?
Absolutely. For custom diamond sourcing, we always curate a few options for you to choose from, and if you need help narrowing it down, we can guide you through the specs of each stone to help you make a more informed decision.
I want to design an engagement ring for my partner, but I don’t know where to start. Can you help me?
Definitely! If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll guide you every step of the way to design a ring that you and your partner will love.
Will you set a loose stone that I already have?
In most cases, yes! Please email us at bespoke@carafine.com.
Please note that CARA cannot be held responsible for client-provided stones that are lost or damaged in transit.
Can you re-use the metal on an existing piece that I have?
Unfortunately, we don't use customer-supplied metal because we can't guarantee that it will meet our quality standards.
Can you resize my ring?
Yes, we can resize your ring for a fee. Please email us at support@carafine.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the US. We're working on international shipping, so stay tuned!
How long will shipping take?
Items will be express shipped to you via a fully insured shipping service. Allow 2-3 days for delivery. Signature will be required upon delivery.
